Permanent skin transfers

I saw a GGG member post a week or 2 ago on reddit saying they're adding an MTX consumable to permanently add armour from poe2 to your MTX stash. Was there an update/eta on when this is getting added?

I haven't seen any, but I'm quite keen on it.

While GGG keeps adding space marine outfits as MTX skins, would be nice to see something like that.
