Help with Rising Tempest

Anyone,
if my Lightning Arrow has all three elements damage indeed, would I get 36% more elemental damage by insert Rising Tempest? I mean only using LS only. Please~ Last bumped on Sep 28, 2025, 7:17:59 AM

Nope.
Rising tempest counts the skill tags of your different skills, not the damage of your skills. |

" You would need some fire tag skill to reach 36%. LS with Rising tempest. LRod, Ice shot, Explosive shot, then you get 36% more damage. |
