Broken item Fairgraves Curse "UNPLAYABLE"

Hi GGG,

The new unique bow Fairgrave's Curse is broken, as if you add any additional projectile source (nova support, multishot, deadeye + proj) the bow's unique skill Phantasmal Arrow it shoots only at your feet, making the item USELESS and UNUSABLE. PLUS the 20% qualty dose not showup on Phantasmal Arrow's quality either.

Please hotfix this item.

This bug is still present. It's very interesting unique skill but this bug makes it difficult to experiment with.
