Warning for using Cheats

When I login to my poe2, I was given a warning for using maphacks or botting software.

If the system detects once again, I will be permanently banned.

However, I didnt use any and is a normal player. How do I know if the system will ban me unjustly?

I cant watch videos now when playing poe2 as I am afraid that I may be banned. I wonder if anyone got the same issue as me?

dont use cheats in background or clean up your computer (virus).

I've seen other posts about the same warning, they were using optiscaller.
Maybe you have something installed that trigger it even tough you're not cheating.
Try to do a search here on the forum and in the bug section too and see if your issue might be related.

Dont know if its related but ive also noticed that more and more often when I try to travel too a hideout to trade something I get the message "Players account has been banned, etc,etc".

Nope, I dont use cheats at all and I am poor as hell in the game.
