Price Fixing Still Exists

People have found a new way to price fix. Some people are listing items at a low price and getting the account banned. The listing still shows up.

When people are casually price checking they might see the price and think that is the going rate. However, you cannot buy from a banned account! Unless you actually tried to click on the "travel to hideout" button you wouldn't realize you can't buy it and lowest priced item you actually can buy might be significantly higher.

I have seen this with quant tablets and logbooks now.

This could be easily fixed by de-listing all items from banned accounts.
