Portals in an abyss - QoL

Why do portals made in an abyss only lead up to the map node, where the abyss rift is and you have to cast another portal to get into town?!?

And why is there this annoying "do you really want to do this?" message?

At all "portal button" is labled as "create a portal to town" not as "one levle up"..

My loading screens and time are doubled also..

Beside you only can reenter the abyss from the starting point and have to run through..
