Radiant Grief doesn't work any more.

Thanks to the new "flammability" mechanic, Radiant Grief helmet doesn't work any more.

I had an idea to make a build with Blackgleam, increased presence area, and Radiant Grief to make everything around me ignited so I have free piercing.
However, Radiant Grief doesn't ignite anything past act 2, and barely can even stack more than 2-3% of flammability. Which makes it broken and useless.

Disappointing.
