Suggestion: Unique Jewel that blocks the teleport mod

The common teleport mod that the Headhunter belt culls from mobs makes playing with it obnoxious to the point I can't. I've sold my HH, and use a rare belt.

If there was a way to block that mod via a unique of some sort, it would be an instant part of any build I played.
