Cannot proceed with interlude due to 'you do not have the reuired state'

I play coop on ps5 with my mate and I cannot travel to Ogham because the hooded one does not have the option to take me there but in the map I can see that the waypoint is already open but I cant fast travel there.

I have the same issue with the 2nd player in coop, but with the "Recruit the Maraketh" quest. The character now can't progress and is stuck just before endgame, but is at level 67.

Thanks for your feedback, could you answer a few questions so we can investigate this further.
For both cases in this thread can you confirm you are talking to the Hooded One in Act4 Kingsmarch to access the Prelude areas? Can you post images of your coop quest states so we can get an understanding of your present states? It could also be useful to see the quest states for each of the coop characters logged in as as single players to confirm their individual states. | |

At the end of the fight with Tavakai, when The Hooded One appears, I believe we were shown the interlude movie before the scripting sequence was finished. I am not 100% sure, but we believe, we were disconnected in the process, too.
