jade isle map boss takes too long

small issue but why does this boss have so many phases? first he runs away and then there are 2 more phases where you cant attack and have to wait for him to say his voice lines and whatever. can we just skip all this? i want to just 1 shot him and collect my loot. thanks

This helps ensure your shrines expire to make it a fair fight. Also the boss removes its debuffs which is even better.
