[Suggestion] PoE1's Brutus - Random Dungeon Encounter (like Butcher in D4)

I would like to suggest to GGG to bring back the unique monster Brutus from PoE1 and make it behave similar to the Butcher in D4. Brutus could randomly spawn inside dungeons, and would be a powerful mini-boss and relentlessly chase players until it is killed. Brutus can appear at any level the player is at and would be a difficult encounter. Brutus would be PoE2's version of the Butcher.
