Please add weapon set selection to non-gem skills

I did not get a response here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3860683

So I assume this is a missing feature.

Not sure if this is the case for all non-gem skills but I wanted to always use Inevitable Agony on weapon set 2 with my other curses but it seems that's not an option
