please clarify dark effigy tooltip

I know that it says it will only shoot targets with a chaos DoT Debuff, however the multiple projectiles does not have that clarification. It reads like it would shoot more based on any debuff.

also sometimes the icon on the top right to tell you how many totems are up does not even show up.
