Frost nexus support gem

Hi,

Since i'm a noob and playing amazon spear i wanted to try something else, i looted the Sierran Inheritance chest that make the chill effect reverse on yourself, i wanted to pair it with the frost nexus support gem.

saddly the chill surface created don't put chill on yourself so the combo dont work, i think it should be specified that it dont apply chill on yourself (even if it might be obvious for veteran player since the gem would probably dont be playable.

so i'm kind of sad ^^'
