Couldn't TP back to hideout after map and all items gone

Finished a map about 10 mins ago. Then when I tried to TP back to hideout the instance wouldn't load and I'd get kicked to the login screen. Couldn't get back in the game for a couple mins. When I did it was super laggy. I then hard quit the game and logged back in. Game is running like normal again but:

- Everything I was carrying in my inventory from the map I just did is gone.
- The atlas shows the map as incomplete but all the icons and buffs on it are gone.


Was there a rollback or is this a bug?
