fresh clip working in v 3.1 ?

i don't see any dps change when i press G even when attacking monsters
so it is working and there is visual bug or it is bugged ?

Wish we could get clarification on this. If its working but bugged dps display, I can't tell any difference using it. So it seems like it must not be working if its not apparent from playing? And its been like this a while.

i mean is it not working at all ?
or working but visually no indication that it works ?
hope they fix it because my build depend on it

It doesn’t work, it’s bugged since 0.2 but no fix, also if you are using shockburst rounds, electrocution gem or any support skill that states lightning damage from other source constribute to electrocution do not work with the pulse damage of shockburst round
