Potential routing issue of some sort?

So basically (ESPECIALLY) at prime time I get random ping spikes from 60-> 120 and the game is basically unplayable, it doesn't happen anywhere else. I've tested other games,discord,speedtest,pinged with CMD etc and everything is fine so it has to be something with the routing from my ISP (Bell) to POE's server or something POE related (I'm def not that knowledgeable on all of this to be frank)
Note that sometimes it's in my hideout, sometimes it's a map (If for example I load a map and that ping spike is happening then said instance is fucked forever.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Just trying to spread awareness because it's super annoying.

you can create MTR traces (see https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789 ) and post them as well ( I started to document mine in https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3862738 ).

It seems that the routing to _some_ instance servers is completely broken. I started using other regions where despite the higher base ping, there are not huge spikes or packet losses.

I have run the test but I wasn't having the issue while running it, do you need to see the traces only when it's happening if so I will do it again just let me know.

On a side note, I'm also having pretty crazy performance issues with constant crashes (game just closes randomly) and my pc is quite decent while it is not top of the line, any fixes for this? It's getting close to unplayable :(
