This feels bullshit to have one attempt when the whole boss "difficulty" comes only through the oneshot mechanics.

Non-uber arbiter is whatever, uber one is a pure frustration. Why would you even risk and fight it, when it's safer to oneshot and skip mechanincs?

On top of that grinding for citadels is a boring slog.
