Ice Archon inconsistent triggering

Description:
The Ice Archon’s activation (triggering when Energy Shield starts recharging) behaves inconsistently when attempting to trigger it via weapon swapping in the hideout.

Expected Behavior:
The Archon should trigger once when Energy Shield begins recharging after swapping to a weapon set with higher total ES, provided the recovery period isn’t active. Alternatively, if this method of triggering is unintended, it should never occur at all.

Observed Behavior:
Swapping between weapon sets with different ES values sometimes triggers the Ice Archon immediately on the first swap to the higher-ES setup, and other times requires many (10+) swaps before it triggers. This inconsistency makes it unreliable to intentionally activate the Archon before boss fights or other encounters.

Steps to Reproduce:

Equip two weapon sets with different total Energy Shield values.

Start in the lower-ES setup.

Swap to the higher-ES weapon set.

Wait for Energy Shield to begin recharging.

Repeat the swap cycle several times.

Observe that the Ice Archon sometimes triggers on the first attempt, and sometimes requires multiple swaps to trigger.

Additional Notes:
Tested in hideout. No external sources of Energy Shield recharge or recovery were active (no flasks, passives, or other effects).
No other spells were cast between swaps during testing.
