Issues with Feathered Fletching and Projectile Acceleration III
I’ve noticed several issues with how Feathered Fletching and Projectile Acceleration III interact with projectile speed modifiers and how DPS is updated.
1. DPS conversion from projectile speed Baseline Lightning Arrow DPS: 36,350 With Feathered Fletching: 38,990 With Projectile Acceleration III: 38,990 With both: 41,631 Both effects stack as expected. Problem: When adding “% increased projectile speed” from passives or gear, the displayed DPS does not change. Either the modifiers aren’t applied at all, or they are applied but only update after re-socketing the skill gem (similar to how Feathered Fletching itself behaves). 2. DPS not updating correctly with Feathered Fletching Hovering the node shows the correct DPS increase. After actually allocating it, DPS does not change until I re-socket Lightning Arrow. Refunding the node has the same issue: DPS doesn’t decrease until re-socketing. Projectile Acceleration III updates DPS instantly when added or removed, which is the expected behavior. Expected Projectile speed modifiers from all sources should correctly increase damage via Feathered Fletching/Projectile Acceleration. DPS values should update immediately when allocating or refunding these effects, without needing to re-socket skills. Current Feathered Fletching only updates DPS after re-socketing the skill gem. Increased projectile speed modifiers show no effect on DPS unless the same “refresh” is required. Last bumped on Oct 4, 2025, 7:50:03 AM
