Are there people who will stay in the first League once 1.0 is out ?

I feel like I cant be alone with the opinion he doesnt like to start all over again every league.

Are there players who actually are like me and plan to just stay forever in the first 1.0 league ?

I still dont fully understand how this system to migrate a character to "standard" league works and maybe I just understand it wrong.

But my question is can I just stay in the first league forever ?
are there players who do that ?

I don't see why there wouldn't be. We also have people who only strictly play permanent standard league in PoE1.

However, we also call it "dumpster league", because all the wealth and stuff accumulated from temporary leagues get dumped into the permanent leagues. This has a nasty tendency of messing up the standard league economy due to the sudden huge influx of currency.

I won't start over for 1.0. These EA toons aren't going anywhere.

There is also the possibility that EA gets pushed into 1.0's 'Standard' after the second post 1.0 league begins. GGG hasn't spelt it all out yet. Either way, I'm playing with the stuff I have.

I'm still playing my character in standard league atm.
Sometimes i play another one i have in abyss league that i enjoy too.

I'll probably do the same after 1.0 release. Having my "main" character in standard and play some fresh start on the seasonal league for fun but with less big goals there.

Idk if other will do that or not, it doesnt really matter to me.
I play SSF anyway so the economy doesnt impact me.

Just do whatever you feel fun, it's just a game anyway.

Other people remark dont affect me either, idk why they keep trying to force others to not play standard seem weird to me since it doesnt affect them.

EA into 1.0 definitely will not happen.

This is from Steam FAQ:

"Will there be wipes during Early Access?
No, there will not be a wipe. We will do new leagues but none of your characters will be wiped, they will just go to a league called Early Access (so they will never be in Standard). In some cases characters in old leagues might be somewhat broken by balance changes though. After launch the "Early Access" characters will still exist."

Nobody who plays Standard would care if EA toons entered the pool. It'll take like 2 leagues or something before it gets done.

Yeah i'm not sure how that would work. I would like to keep mine but i'll adapt. I can understand they need a fresh start for the full release.

What is sure is that i'll never ever delete this one =)
I might even still play it in the seperate league but i'll see. When i've done everything on it might be different.
