Azmeri Spirit Issue After the Latest Patch

Hello,

After the latest patch, rare monsters no longer appear on maps, which makes the Azmeri Spirit mechanic quite difficult to use.
When playing with fast characters, the spirit often dies before it can attach to a rare monster, and players don’t even notice it happening.
It would be great if this issue could be fixed.

100% rare icons need to come back, also the spawn rate of them seems to have been drastically reduced.
