oFF HAND SCEPTER CANNOT SUMMON BUG

I HAVE ENOUGH SPIRIT AND I CAN SUMMON, BUT WHEN I EQUIP A WAND AND A SECPTER, I CANNOT SUMMON ANYMORE

Same thing happen to me :( can't make it work. If I remove all my weapons I can summon normally..
