omen of amelioration not trigger

Yeah, im done with this bullshit, ive been keep working to get lvl 100 and this keep happens to me, im loosing 10% exp on death WHEN I have a omen of amelioration activated. Either fix this or remove the stupid exp pen.

All I know is when the omen got stacked this happens. And thats very easy to happen when u buy omens from rituals.

This is the 4th time this happens, and im done, sooo manny hours farming for exp jsut gone.
