Incinerate was killed
Why did u nerfed my incinerate skill this is so limited to use and i cant even reach at maximum stages of dmg because of all necessity to spend all my mana to use for 2 seconds you made this skill unfeasible to clear maps even with high investment please do something about to be functional again

No but with +6 to melee skills on weapon, +3 on amulet, +2 on gloves the mana sustain makes it unplayable.
And you need all those + to skills because the damage of Resonating Shield in tier 15 maps with 6 mods is trash. My point is that GGG gives no love to channeling skills, they don't even bother to fix Defy II to work on channeling skills. But they fixed Defy II for Lightning Arrow no problem there, powerfull meta skills get all the love while non meta skills get ignored. Problem is meta skills get lots of forum posts that's why they get all the love. Nobody complaings about Flameblast because nobody plays it, the 15 second cooldown makes it not even a skill. Almost nobody complains about Incinerate because there is no one left to play it. Draining your mana to sustain incinerate for 2 seconds is a joke. Have the devs even tried to clear packs with it? Nobody complains about the new Shield Charge changes because nobody uses it for damage anymore. It does 3 times less damage then Resonating shield and i use resonating shield just to kill white mobs and not even those die in 1 hit. Not to mention Shield Charge sucks even as just a travel skill because Sprint completely replaced it. So it serves no purpose anymore. Mana sustain is a problem but its not a problem for reso shield in the slightest. You simply dont use that much mana with it even with +skills on everything. Reso is nothing.
For cry skills, 100% its a problem. My fort cry uses 336 mana. Then again just dont take so many +skills to remedy some of this and get mana affixes .... theres a bunch of answers to this problem. Reso shield does not have this issue. Your build is just simply wrong if reso shield is ooming you. Non-meta skills being ignored is not what is happening here. LA deadeye (fubgun) was someone found a build and posted it and guide gamers (majority of the people who play this game) flocked to it. Incinerate on the other hand. Yea its changes are pretty silly. I dont know why we have it as ... a cooldown hammer of the gods like ability that requires you to int your mana in order to use it. Mash the clean

I think the devs just see incinerate and all channeling skills as just a one button build and they hate that.
They say: "we can't have players play one button builds, that will mean they could actually focus on boss mechanics and avoid death" ...let's just nerf them into inexistence because we don't know how to make combo builds out of channeling skills |
