Non attack nodes are useless on the second weapon set

Cooldown, irrelevant. Total grenades, irrelevant. Why?

The extra grenades you accumulate on 2nd set gets reset when swapping. Cooldown nodes don't affect the skill while on 1st weapon set.

Who thought this is good game design and synergy? Stupid me. I thought there could be thought put into builds, other than "big damage, go fast".

I might have misunderstood here, but you can set it so the grenades will switch to one of your weapons sets when you use them, so you can benefit from having grenade points on one set and not the other. You can do it with other skills too, in the gem skill window is boxes at the bottom you can check to make the skill use one set or the other or either.

I get 2 more grenade uses on weapon set 2. Those 2 extra uses get wiped when I swap back to weapon set 1.

Yeah so what I'm saying is if you set the grenades to only use set 2 with the checkbox, when you use them it auto switches to set 2 so you will always get that bonus when you use them.

2 extra uses is not 2 extra grenades being shot. it's 2 more cooldown uses. these cooldown uses are only active while the weapon set is active. they do not get refreshed while the weapon set is not active.
