+40 Spirit Bugged Interlude acts

I picked up the spirit reward drop from the boss in the interlude and then it disappeared for no reason and now I can't get it. Even after doing the boss again and loading a new instance.

What does it say in the quest log? Quest incomplete?

yep it shows quest incomplete, for now it's gone and there is no way I can get the +40 spirit atm.

Seeing some other people who have said they encountered the same problem. Lythara also has something funny with the roving wisps "?" reward not checking off for some people. Unsure if it is related, but also needs a fix.
