Abnormal disconnect: Failed to join any instances

I’ve been playing Path of Exile 2 on PS5 and recently purchased the PC version through Steam. My accounts are linked, but I’m unable to log in to any of my Third Edict characters on PC. (I can log in to them without issue on PS5.)
Issue:

When attempting to log in, I receive the following error message:
“Abnormal Disconnect: failed to join any instance.”
I’ve reviewed online troubleshooting steps and attempted the following without success:

Switched between windowed and fullscreen modes
Used and disconnected from a VPN
Reset my Wi-Fi and tried a direct ethernet connection
Restarted my PC
Updated my GPU drivers and Windows
Selected different servers and gateways
and more..

I’m able to access characters outside the seasonal realm without any problems; however, all Third Edict characters trigger the same disconnect error.
