Expedition bug after dying on ssfhc

So i died on ssfhc i got the first 2 expedition book points on hc atlas . I continued playing on sc ssf and when i encountered expedition first time it tells me to speak with danning . Well hes bugged i speak with him he doesnt give me book or anything i also dont get expedition npcs . All other encounters worked perfectly ( getting every encounter +2 book from start )

tried to edit npc, to remove it , to move it , checked it in ziggurat refugee still nothing . i cant get my first 2 points no matter what i do .

I fixed it , i made another character on SSF SC and i talked with npc in hideout and it gave me atlas point . Yet the character i died on ssfhc remained bugged but it doesnt amtter since i got the points anyway.
