Bastille, cant leave the arena after Boss fight

I killed the Boss, wanted to finish my Map but cant exit the Boss Arena.

I dont think the boss fight counts as complete. I have the feeling that the boss can already take damage before the fight begins. when i cast spark as soon as i enter the room, the boss dies instantly as soon as ive run far enough for the fight to be triggered
