QOL suggestion: Make ID scrolls applicable to items on the ground

Pls GGG make ID scrolls applicable to items on the ground.

The screenshot doesn't capture the cursor. But just like there was a cursor on the scroll hovering the item on the ground in the ss.

When inventory is full it would be soo nice to id the items without swapping things in and out.
