Endgame Atlas / Map Device does not open – PS5

I am playing Path of Exile 2 on PS5, version 0.3.
I have completed all islands after Act 4 and used the "Set Sail" dialogue with Makorù,
but the Endgame world map / Atlas does not open.

I also spoke with Ange and visited my Hideout (Shoreline Hideout),
but I still do not have access to the world map.

Character Name: Aurelius_Sanctus lv.70
Platform: PS5

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately I spoke with the hooded One in Kingsmarch, but he only talks about "Allies".
Ange is also in Kingsmarch, and I can buy a new Hideout.
On the world map, it shows that I have already defeated Tavarok.

Is this a bug, or have I missed something?

I also killed Tavakai again und still nothing 😩
