Sound glitches, Music and voice and typo

Sound breaks when there's too much action or effects going on. Aswell as stuttering character dialogue or campaign story characters dialogue. Music occasionally just stops on ps5. And lastly certain defence and damage values dont appear OR appear incorrectly when pushing R3 on passive tree before selecting a new passive. Armour changes being listed as a percent, changes to threshold values not appearing on ps5. I am not sure how to upload picture from phone here though.
