Sands of Time skill from Chronomancer creates issue with controller UI on PC.

All of the following happens only when the ascendancy node is allocated. All of these effects are presumably happening whenever sands of time updates



- When pressing X/square to bring up the menu of available skills to assign, the cursor resets back to the red X making it impossible to choose a skill.

- The "interact" skill flashes and flickers on the hotbar.

- In the assign skills menu the UI elements flicker and shift position when hovering over skills that are affected by sands of time.

The exact same thing happened to me the second I chose my Chronomancer Ascendancy and got Sands of Time. Really upset to see that this bug is actually quite old and still isn't fixed yet.
