Ice Shards (crossbow skill) stay indefinitely ?

Hi,

"Ice Shards" crossbow skill do not have duration and stay forever, but some recommended gems are not working, like "delayed reaction", wich make the "hazard" created by this skill simply never trigger, or "verglas" (crystal created by this skill does not seem having live or its not indicated)

Either there is a problem with the recommended skills support pannel, or the skill should have a duration, this is the only "hazard" skill that stay indefinitely
