Crash poe 2 xbox series s

Hello, I've been having a problem when I create a new character in PO2. I advance normally through the tutorial. After defeating the initial boss when passing the first area, the game crashes all the time. I tried restarting the game, creating a new character, but nothing. I'm on an Xbox Series S and also now I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it and nothing. I messed with another character that I had and when I returned to that initial area I tried to enter that place again and it also crashed. It only happens there. Also with the other character, I tried going to other places and everything was fine. It just causes a conflict, but I can't create a new character practically because I have to go through there yes or yes.
