Shatter not visible

Realized I accidentally posted this in the feedback thread, when it's a bug.

Shatter effects are not visible at all. My enemies simply "pop" and vanish/disappear.

Already tried:
- Delete Shader Cache
- Reinstall game completely

Just started 2 days ago. Running a 4090 so...not a video card issue. Driver v581.57.

This is also leading to instances where on-death effects sometimes don't appear when enemies shatter, causing unexpected/unknown deaths out of nowhere.

Same here. No shatter effects visible whatsoever...
