3.27 Shadowed Blood - Assasin can it immune to Righterous fire?

Added a new Notable called Shadowed Blood which grants 40% of Physical Damage taken Recouped as Life and Unaffected by Damaging Ailments.

No. Righteous Fire is just fire damage over time rather than an ignite (ailment).
