His Scattering Calamity assigned skill dissapreaing

my assigned Calamity skill set to right mouse click, disappearing every time i move to other location, removed all weapon swap skill point but still disappear. anyone know why?

Added: test with other Unborn Lich Ravenous Staff with different skill works fine but Unborn Lich Ravenous Staff with calamity skill is bugged, only calamity skill disappears when moved to different locations

"Yes this is a known bug.
The way to solve it is that you also need to put feast of flesh into your skillbar. If you bound calamity on right click, and feast of flesh in any other button, they will not disappear when changing instances"

This means only the right click button will have Scattering Calamity to not be unbind on instance change. For example I want to use my E button for the skill, it will always unbind loading into a new instance.
Any solution for this?
