During Breach Splinter run first checkpoint spawns in inaccessible location

This was discovered and repeated using a PS5 and has been present in versions 0.3.1b and 0.3.1c, unknown if it was present in 0.3.1a. I do not recall seeing this during season 1.

During a Breach run the first checkpoint sometimes spawns in an inaccessible location due to the nature of the rotating map layout spawning. At times this means the first checkpoint must not trigger, affecting the countdown and the ability to complete the Breach run (until a player character is high powered enough to push fast enough to overcome these generated maps). During runs the countdown would appear to have plenty of time but the run would still reset which may be related to this checkpoint?

The map layouts available seem to have a long narrow channel in the rock which means the checkpoint spawns at a lower altitude in relation to the player character. In some instances it is possible to move around the edges of the map until the checkpoint lights up, sometimes not, but this is risking further delay.
