load screens sometimes take so long.

I've tried everything all the fixes from YouTube got faster SSD card set NVIDIA control panels with various different techniques and still once in a while but more so since last patch, also in game settings went through them all, I run a NVIDIA GTX 1650 I have 32 gigs of ram I have steam on my C drive and passive exile 2 on my D drive, I know my computer but some of my friends with worse computers than me run fine, oh of course all my systems are updated drivers, like I said I did everything I know to do, any help would be appreciated or suggestions
