cast meta skill not working

just replaced better armour to gain more spirit, now more spirit but weapon 1 with enough attribute and spirit not working, works when tried with put weapon 1 item in weapon 2 works fine. seems weapon slot 1 is bugged

PS: when hover over the cast meta skill gem shows (missing socketed skill) even comet skill gem is socketed, error shows only when inserted into weapon 1 slot
