HC - death on pause screen

Hitting escape to return to last checkpoint option WILL kill you while on low health (level 41 warrior on Trial of Chaos) I was low HP but to not a point I could not survive , so I didnt pay much attention .
So much time and effort lost unfairly, it was fun while it lasted , quitting for now it was the only mode I enjoyed, hopefully GGG fixes it soon.
