Performance is not normal on this brand new System

I recently upgraded my System to the following specs:

CPU: Ryzen 9 9950x3d
RAM: 32GB 6000MHz CL30 Kingston Fury
GPU: Sapphire 9070 Pulse
SSD: Samsung 990 Evo Plus 1TB NVME
PSU: 1000w Bequiet Gold Full Modular

Really GGG, you have to fix the performance issues as the first priority. It is unbelievable, that my FPS still dropping to 25 fps with this System. I just want to play this game in smooth 60 fps, but it is not possible.

Also: Implement FSR4 please, the FSR implementation that you use is fully unsharp and really does not help at all.

I dont care about any shop or microtransaction contents, I will not buy anything more until this problem gets tackled.
