Network Problems

I played when poe 2 was first released no network problems. Came back when the third came out and, the network problems are horrible. I have a 9950x3d and a 5080. Everything is up to date and, I have no problems in any other game. Is the game just poorly optimized?

You'll need to run a WinMTR test if you want someone to be able to help you.
Which game client are you using (e.g. Steam; standalone) ? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
