Stuck at Chapter 2 Horn Blowing - Missing Quest Item[Removed by Support]

I'm currently stuck at the horn-blowing sequence in Chapter 2 (腐化遗迹任务). My quest item has disappeared and I cannot continue the game. The sandstorm barrier prevents any further progression.
