Skill tree bug

Basically I am trying to get weapon skill set 1 and 2 running, I put all the skill and hit apply. After closeing and reopening everything is a mess. Skills that I skilled are gone, sometimes skills in a line are gone but the ones after are still there. Like how can the skill tree still be a mess after so many leagues?

I read on discord its a common bug, like if you remove skill and add those again, then it will glitch. You literally have to accept first the removal and then adjust the new skills.
