Game bug

Hello, I'm a player of POE 2. My character ID is Leontrus and I play on Steam. Today, while playing the game, I encountered a bug. The specific situation is as follows: When I defeated the final boss in the Chaos Trials, I also died. The game prompted that I had cleared it, but after choosing to revive at the last save point, I found that there were no rewards and I couldn’t enter the Chaos Trials again. It prompted that the area was invalid. The same thing happened when I recreated the instance. Could you please help me solve this problem?
