The amount of regeneration I'm encountering, in some cases- seems bugged.

I have 75% reduction to enemies in my presense, AND 50% from a support. STILL I can immediately tell when I'm fighting a mob with regen.

They take like 4x the amount of time to kill. Many of them I can watch their healthbar go up as soon as me debuff falls off- thats will the 75%(supposedly) still on them. Its in presence, I'm standing on them.

There must be a roll on it, because some mobs it doesn't effect too much- other mobs take much longer to kill.

Regenerates life is probly winning the award for most annoying mod atm, for me.

I'll literally fight two rares of the same type, and one will die, then I'll fight the regenerates life one for the next couple minutes. I hover the mob knowing right away, and sigh as soon as I confirm it. Ugh.
