GAME FREEZES

I have game freezes happening in maps, has only started happening since the latest patch and literally only happens while mapping, will happen in low tier maps with almost non existent monster density or screen action and fully juiced t15s with full screen covering aoe attacks (monster density still average in fully juiced maps)
All other content, from campaign, logbooks, trials and pinnacles all work perfectly fine with no freezes whatsoever.

rtx 4060ti 16gb
i5-14400f

Anyone else experiencing this and have any answers to fixing this issue?
so far i have tried updated/rolled back OS/Drivers, changing the all graphic settings to low, changed cache data size all to no avail. cant think of anything else that would affect this.
